Returns are accepted for products that are new or lightly used.

Customers must begin the process within 60 days of receiving the product, which will be seen with package tracking by all parties. The customer must also make a good faith effort to resolve possible user error problems with ARO Products prior to ARO Products agreeing to accept a return.

Your shipping return label will be paid for by ARO. Refund processing will take place in 15 days or less beginning upon receipt of the product.
